EU consumer withdrawal right

If you are an EU consumer buying online, you generally have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, unless a statutory exception applies.

To exercise the right, send an unambiguous statement to [email protected] before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days. Unless we have offered to pay the return cost or the law requires otherwise, you bear the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. We reimburse the payments covered by the statutory withdrawal right, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option where required. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you sent them.

Personalised goods exception

The exception is applied narrowly. It may apply to goods made from your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you. Merely selecting a standard ONYVEL design, size or colour from preset store options is not treated as personalisation for this purpose.
