Change-of-mind returns

Where applicable law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal right, ONYVEL honours that right. For consumers in the European Union, eligible distance purchases generally carry a 14-day withdrawal period beginning when the goods are received.

The fact that a standard ONYVEL item is produced or printed on demand does not by itself make the item a personalised product. Selecting a standard design, colour or size from the options offered on the store is treated as a standard catalogue purchase for this policy. A genuine customer-specific design or other individually specified product may be excluded from withdrawal rights where applicable law allows.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. If you are exercising a statutory right of withdrawal, you may also use the model form on our Right of Withdrawal page.

Return condition

You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. You can be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, where applicable law allows.

Return shipping

For a non-defective change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping cost where applicable law permits and where this has been disclosed before purchase. For faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect goods, contact us first; where the seller is legally responsible, we will provide an appropriate remedy without charging you the cost that the law requires us to bear.

Size exchanges

Because items are produced on demand, our fulfilment partner may not provide free size exchanges. This does not remove any statutory withdrawal right you may have. If you ordered the wrong standard size and a statutory withdrawal right applies, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired size.

Refund timing

Refunds are sent to the original payment method unless another method is agreed. Statutory refund deadlines apply where relevant. For EU withdrawals, reimbursement is generally due within 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal, although reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received back or you provide evidence of return, where the law permits.
