1. Seller and scope

These terms apply to purchases made through ONYVEL.com. The contracting seller is Wisegigs Limited, trading as ONYVEL.

2. Products and visual presentation

We aim to describe products accurately, including garment type, print placement, materials, sizes and colours. Screens and lighting can affect colour appearance. Campaign imagery may be AI-generated or AI-modified; product-page specifications and product-specific images take priority where there is any visual discrepancy.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order before fulfilment where there is a pricing error, payment problem, stock/fulfilment issue, suspected fraud or legal restriction. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount received.

4. Prices, taxes and charges

Prices and currencies are shown on the store and checkout. Taxes, delivery charges and other mandatory charges that we are required to collect will be shown before the order is placed where applicable. We will not intentionally add undisclosed mandatory charges after checkout.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal. Payment providers process payment data under their own terms and privacy notices.

6. Print-on-demand fulfilment

Some ONYVEL products are produced after an order is placed and may be manufactured, printed, packed or shipped by fulfilment partners such as Printful and their logistics partners. This does not reduce any mandatory rights you have against ONYVEL as the seller.

7. Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates unless a binding delivery date is expressly stated. See our Shipping Policy for production, tracking and delivery information.

8. Cancellations, withdrawal and returns

Mandatory consumer cancellation and withdrawal rights are preserved. Standard ONYVEL catalogue products are not treated as “personalised” merely because they are printed or produced after the order. Where the consumer only chooses from our standard designs, colours and sizes, the statutory personalisation exception will not be relied on solely because the item is print-on-demand. Truly customised items made from a customer’s individual specification may be subject to a statutory exception where applicable. See our Returns & Refunds Policy and Right of Withdrawal page.

9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where useful. Mandatory legal guarantees and remedies for non-conforming goods remain unaffected. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, a remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

10. Intellectual property

ONYVEL branding, original graphics, product designs, website content and other protected materials may not be copied, commercially reused or represented as your own without permission, except where applicable law permits.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights that apply under the law of their habitual residence.
