1. Seller and scope

These terms apply to purchases made through ONYVEL.com. The contracting seller is Lagios Digital LLC, doing business as Onyvel LLC, trading under the consumer-facing brand ONYVEL.

2. Products and visual presentation

We aim to describe products accurately, including garment type, print placement, materials, sizes and colours. Screens and lighting can affect colour appearance. Campaign imagery may be AI-generated or AI-modified; product-page specifications and product-specific images take priority where there is any visual discrepancy.

3. Markets and orders

Direct checkout currently accepts delivery addresses in the delivery countries and regions currently offered at checkout. A country appearing at checkout does not guarantee that every product, variant, postcode or carrier route is available. For another destination, use our International Orders & B2B page. Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order before fulfilment where there is a pricing error, payment problem, stock/fulfilment issue, unsupported address, suspected fraud or legal restriction. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount received.

4. Prices, seller taxes and import charges

Prices and checkout payments are in USD. Product prices and delivery charges are shown before payment. Any tax collected by ONYVEL is separately displayed where applicable. For delivery outside the United States, the recipient is the importer: import VAT or other import tax, customs duty, brokerage and carrier clearance charges are not included unless a shipping option expressly states they are prepaid. Authorities or carriers may request these charges before delivery; the recipient pays them. Your bank may apply currency-conversion charges.

5. Payment

Available payment methods and payment timing are shown at checkout. Card and supported wallet payments are processed by Stripe when offered. Bank transfer is available only when listed at checkout: use the account details and order reference in your order instructions. A bank-transfer order awaits receipt of cleared funds before fulfilment; your bank may charge transfer or currency-conversion fees. Do not send money to account details received through an unverified message. Payment authorisation and receipt are not a dispatch notification. Stripe and our bank / payment-account providers process transaction data under their own privacy and security notices.

6. Print-on-demand fulfilment

Current ONYVEL orders are printed and dispatched in the United States by CustomCat, our print-on-demand fulfilment provider. Garment blanks may originate in other countries. This is a printing and dispatch statement, not a claim that every component is made in the USA. ONYVEL / Lagios Digital LLC remains your seller and handles customer support and remedies.

7. Delivery

Production time and carrier transit time are separate. The dispatch / delivery estimate applicable to your items and address is provided in the product information, checkout or confirmed quotation before payment; carrier and customs delays can affect arrival. We do not describe production as instant or guarantee a transit time we cannot support.

For US orders, if no dispatch period is stated, the default is shipment within 30 days of a properly completed order. If we cannot meet the stated dispatch period, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to agree to the delay or cancel unshipped goods for a prompt refund. Mandatory local delivery and refund rights take priority.

8. Cancellations and returns

Change of mind / wrong size: ONYVEL does not offer a general voluntary return or size-exchange entitlement for non-defective catalogue goods. Contact us before production to request cancellation; after production begins we may be unable to stop fulfilment. Any statutory cancellation, withdrawal or return right that applies to your purchase is preserved and does not depend on our discretionary approval. Standard catalogue goods are not treated as personalised merely because they are printed after purchase.

Faulty, misprinted, damaged or incorrect goods: contact [email protected] with your order number and a description; photographs help where available. We provide the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law. No supplier claim deadline limits a longer statutory right. We bear return or other remedy costs where the law requires us to.

Contact ONYVEL before sending any return. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. We will first confirm whether a physical return is necessary and then provide the correct destination, process and any applicable return shipping or customs costs. Do not send goods to an address printed on the parcel label, our company correspondence address or a fulfilment facility without our instructions. CustomCat does not operate ONYVEL customer returns; items sent to its production facility may be donated. For eligible faulty or incorrect goods, photographs may allow a replacement without returning the item. This coordination process does not make mandatory cancellation or remedy rights subject to discretionary approval.

9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where useful. Mandatory legal guarantees and remedies for non-conforming goods remain unaffected. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, a remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

10. Intellectual property

ONYVEL branding, original graphics, product designs, website content and other protected materials may not be copied, commercially reused or represented as your own without permission, except where applicable law permits.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights that apply under the law of their habitual residence.

Delivery countries and regions

Malaysia and destinations outside this list are not offered through direct checkout. A listed country is not a delivery guarantee: the final address, carrier quote and current availability are checked before payment. Destinations can temporarily close.

Invoices and business purchases

You may order as an individual or select a business purchase at checkout. For a business purchase, provide the legal business name and its billing address, plus a business tax / registration identifier or purchase-order reference if applicable. Do not enter a personal tax ID. Entering business details does not automatically grant a tax exemption or change permitted delivery destinations.

Order emails provide the purchase and recorded payment details. When your order is marked completed, we issue a numbered English-language commercial invoice and include it in your completion email. Account holders can also open, download and print it from My Account → Orders, including saving it as PDF through their browser. A guest receives a private document link by email. An invoice is proof of payment only when payment is recorded; an unpaid bank-transfer confirmation is not a receipt. Customer taxes, if any, are those actually recorded at checkout. A zero-tax commercial invoice is not described as a VAT/GST tax invoice or a claim of tax exemption. Issued invoices are preserved; subsequent refunds can have a separate credit note.
