Shipping Policy

Production

Many ONYVEL items are print-on-demand. Production begins after an order is accepted, so production time is additional to carrier transit time. Current estimates are shown at checkout, in the order flow or in order communications where available.

Fulfilment locations

Orders may be fulfilled from different facilities depending on the product, destination, capacity and availability. Items in one order can occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Shipping charges and taxes

Shipping charges and taxes that we collect are displayed before you place the order where applicable. If a destination can create import duties or charges that are not collected by us, any required disclosure will be provided in the checkout/order information applicable to that destination.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be supplied after dispatch. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a label is created.

Address accuracy

Please check the delivery address before ordering. If you contact us before fulfilment begins, we will try to correct an address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipment has started.

Delayed or lost parcels

If tracking has stopped updating for an unusual period or the parcel has not arrived within the expected window, contact [email protected]. We will investigate with the fulfilment/carrier network and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
