1. Who controls your data

Wisegigs Limited, trading as ONYVEL, is the controller of personal data collected through ONYVEL.com for the purposes described below, except where a third party acts as an independent controller for its own service.

Depending on how you use the store, we may process identification and contact data, billing and delivery details, account information, order history, customer-service communications, transaction references, device/browser information, IP address, security logs, cookie/consent preferences and marketing preferences.

ONYVEL is operated by a Hong Kong company and uses international service providers. Personal data can therefore be processed outside your country and, for EU/EEA users, outside the EEA. Where GDPR transfer restrictions apply, appropriate transfer mechanisms and safeguards will be used as required for the relevant recipient and transfer.
