1. Who controls your data

Lagios Digital LLC, trading as ONYVEL, is the controller of personal data collected through ONYVEL.com for the purposes described below, except where a third party acts as an independent controller for its own service.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use the store, we may process identification and contact data, billing and delivery details, account information, order history, customer-service communications, transaction references, device/browser information, IP address, security logs, cookie/consent preferences and marketing preferences.

3. Why we use data

To take steps requested before a purchase and perform the sales contract, including order processing, fulfilment, delivery, returns and support.
To comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection, fraud-prevention and other legal obligations.
For legitimate interests such as site security, abuse prevention, service improvement and defending legal claims, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
With consent, for non-essential analytics, advertising cookies and direct marketing where consent is the appropriate legal basis.

4. Service providers and recipients

We share the data needed to fulfil your request with CustomCat (recipient name, delivery address, contact / delivery details and ordered products), shipping carriers, Stripe, our bank / payment-account providers for transfers and refunds, hosting / WordPress / WooCommerce services, customer-support and security services, and our accounting systems. Banks may process payer names, account identifiers, payment references and transaction amounts; we do not request your online-banking password. These providers do not all receive every data category. Newsletter subscription details are sent to the mailing-list provider used by the form, currently Mailchimp; subscribing is optional and separate from ordering. Public authorities or advisers may receive data where legally required.

5. International transfers

ONYVEL is operated by a New Mexico, United States company and uses international service providers. Personal data can therefore be processed in the United States and other countries outside your country and, for EU/EEA users, outside the EEA. Where GDPR transfer restrictions apply, appropriate transfer mechanisms and safeguards will be used as required for the relevant recipient and transfer.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including fulfilment, customer support, security and legal/accounting obligations. Different data categories can have different retention periods.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data, object to certain processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent and complain to a competent data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

8. Marketing and optional services

Newsletter signup is optional and specifically requests ONYVEL email updates; it is not required for checkout. You can unsubscribe through each marketing message or by contacting us. Order and support messages are separate. Optional maps and other third-party content are not required to buy. We ask before loading the theme’s Google map; loading it discloses your IP address and browser/device details to Google.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Business billing and purchase documents

For a business purchase we collect its legal name, billing address and any optional business tax / registration ID or purchase-order reference you provide. We use these details to fulfil the purchase and keep invoices and accounting records. We do not request a personal tax ID or SSN for this feature. Issued purchase documents are retained as transaction records; changing your profile does not rewrite an issued invoice. Your account and private email links provide access to your documents; anyone you forward a private link to can access that document, so keep it confidential.

11. Privacy choices, browser signals and complaints

Use Cookie Policy and privacy controls to manage optional cookies. The theme does not treat a browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal as consent; optional map content remains unloaded until you request it. The consent manager controls other integrated optional services. You can ask us what data we hold, request correction or deletion, withdraw optional consent or raise a complaint at [email protected]. We verify requests proportionately, explain any legal retention obligation or refusal and respond within the period required by applicable law. Where applicable, you may complain to your local privacy authority or appeal a refusal. We do not offer customer data for payment; if a configured advertising service constitutes sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable law, the relevant opt-out rights apply.
